The production will be done in the LHA (Lecture Hall Auditiorium) on North Park University's Campus. We have put together a wonderful show with fun inventive stage direction by Mike Kotze. We will be using an Olde English text from the Kalmus score that is rarely used and it puts an olde spin on the show. The set will be a projected set utilizing new technologies that are quickly gaining favor in the operatic world.
Opera Survey Concert - May 8th, 7:30 in Anderson Chapel - Free Admission
The 2012 Opera Survey class from North Park University will be performing in concert. Michael will be performing scenes from
Salieri's Falstaff, Offenbach's Orphée aux enfers, and Britten's Albert Herring.
Michael will be portraying the role of Schlemil in les contes d'Hoffmann with Katydid Productions in June.
